WHO WE ARE
OUR LEADERSHIP
Our Leadership brings a Green Beret, Businesswoman, Veterans, Law Enforcement, Consultants, and over 75 years of service to the country, community, and Private Security.

Our Founder and CEO Brittany Baldridge took over her parents' company in 2010, overhauling the look, hiring standards, training, insurance, and streamlining the business into a hub for Veterans, Industry Experts, Law Enforcement, and Businesses to set the Gold Standard for reliability and quality.

Working sites for her employees when their family needed them, deploying to serve her country, and raising her son as a single mother, Brittany spent 15 years building the First 100% Female Veteran Owned Security Firm in Texas. Four of those years she opted out of receiving a salary to ensure employee retention and marketing. Contracts ranged from Texas Military Department, Universities and Colleges, Churches and Synagogues, Construction Sites and Medical Centers, and Mom & Pop small businesses from Seguin to Boerne.

When Covid hit, all earnings went to her employees, even when sites were shut down, to ensure their family's needs were met. Clients were persuaded to reduce hours rather than shut down all services which kept payroll flowing and morale in good spirits.

In 2021 she hired her first Operations Manager, former Law Enforcement Investigator and Instructor Brian Rokosz. With 15 years of Business Management, Law Enforcement, and Private Security, the new addition to WarEagle saw the largest uptik of Revenue in company history, allowing over 50 Veterans to be employed within the following year.

While operations grew and workload was divided, Brittany began brainstorming a passion project stemming from a question she'd written down to herself years ago in her work journal:
"Fall 2009: Nonprofit security? Veteran funding. How?"

Together, a new idea would be drafted, Board Members selected, and an organization would form that would change the security industry.

In 2025 the First 100% Female Veteran Owned Security Firm in Texas became the First and Only NonProfit Veteran Security Staffing, Education, and Training Service in the United States.

Together, with Donations, Pledges, Partnerships, and Grants, we can support every Veteran who comes through our Nonprofit while they donate their time, pledge their service, partner with the community, and grant your businesses with the ability to see their unwavering commitment to answer the call to serve.

FOUNDING REAL CHANGE
2003
The Inception
WarEagle Security Enterprises was founded in San Antonio, TX, by Green Beret David Baldridge and his wife, Renee, with a mission to provide meaningful employment for transitioning Veterans.
2007
Expanding services and recognition
With Prisoner Transport, a Training Academy, almost every home builder in Bexar County, and dozens of new employees, WarEagle builds a reputation for a no-nonsense, quality firm where Veterans get the respect they deserve after the military.
family lineage and a new era
2010
Daughter, executive assistant, and payroll accountant Brittany Baldridge assumes command, restructuring the S-Corp and renaming the new entity Gunner 380 INC DBA WarEagle Security Services. While running the company she takes additional jobs as front desk management at Golds Gym toearn a living so all available revenue goes to her employees.
2014
entering the digital age
All reporting switches from paper to digital. Apps allow real-time GPS tracking, Client Portals, Patrol Mapping, and live Dispatch for overwatch and increased Client satisfaction. While overhauling the way business is done, she overhauls herself. She trains for her first bodybuilding competition and gains a new passion in the fitness world. By the end of 2014 she chooses to close WarEagle's remote office to work from home and put the rent payment into sales.
2017
WarEagle is awarded its first Major state contract with TMD, ushering in over 8.5 years of Veterans protecting our Military. Profits see the re-opening of the academy where training and standards go far beyond Texas' Private Security requirements.
TEXAS MILITARY DEPARTMENT
2018
ENLISTMENT

2020
As companies close and government mandated shutdowns wreck havoc on small business, WarEagle CEO Brittany Baldridge moves as many Clients as possible into a modified security and patrol, retaining almost all employees, while obtaining construction sites. She continues to run the company while deploying to the Capital.
2021
With the onboarding of Operations Manager Brian Rokosz, WarEagle obtains 9 construction projects, a Church, HOA, and brings all current Clients to a higher billable rate, leading to the first major pay increase. All legacy Clients, including Texas Military Department renew their contracts. A Twitter, Instagram, and new website are built to rebrand the organization, showcasing Brittany Baldridge as the First 100% Female Veteran Owner of a Texas Private Security Firm.
Rebranding and networking
2023
January 2024 WarEagle Training Academy LLC with Operations Manager Brian Rokosz as its Director partners with Von Ormy Range "ATR" brings classrooms, open outdoor bays, and a defensive tactics area. The Academy, a separate entity from WarEagle Security Services, overhauls all training and hiring protocols requiring prospective Officers to undergo the WarEagle Applicant Training Program: an in-house, TEEX, FBI, and Las Vegas METRO inspired 106 hour training course with an emphasis on Texas Law and de-escalation training. All Officers participate in this during their first 90 Day Probationary Period. While the academy grows, Brittany Baldridge begins outlining an overhaul to the entire Organization that could benefit every Veteran currently staffed and all other Veterans in the future.

2024
CAUTION: CONSTRUCTION AHEAD
The entire year is spent holding onto existing Clients while the organization reclassifies, renames, reforms, and negotiations and legal battles ensue to form the first of its kind, Veteran Nonprofit Security Staffing Organization. It takes from January through September for legal paperwork, name change forms, Secretary of State documents and IRS approval for contracts to move from the previous for profit to a new nonprofit entity. The year ends with no support in sight and a hard journey into the new year.
2025
After over a year, WarEagle Security Services obtains 501c19 status and is formally recognized as the First and Only Veteran Nonprofit Security Staffing Organization in the United States. Bylaws are adopted by a Board containing Veterans and Law Enforcement and Brittany Baldridge's 2009 Journal becomes reality. Her mission is to find Veterans needing quality work in the security industry and use their natural talents to protect the community, while all revenue from their services goes to Veteran programs, other Veteran Nonprofit Partners, and to see that their family needs and career goals are taken care of.
