Working for WarEagle Security Services is a unique undertaking that places every Veteran as a Member of our Nonprofit. During the first 90 days we will facilitate a training program unique to the industry while you are staffed at one of our partnership-focused sites.
During those three months, while you are not working sites, we will host training seminars and coursework totaling over 100 hours. These courses prepare you for a new career in the security field, help you obtain your Level 2 through 4 certification, prepare for every scenario, and make you a pilar of trust and safety in the community.
Our Members work sites and events with our Board, attend minutes meetings, volunteer, collaborate on sales and projects, and serve the community. While we have "supervisors" they are fellow Veterans with more years on and act as mentors for new hires.
During your time with our Organization, all revenue from the sites you protect goes directly to our Mission to benefit your goals, your needs, your family, and your future.

"Basic"
Every two months on the 2nd week of the month WarEagle Security Services offers complimentary Level III training to all Veterans, regardless of employment with us. Our Academy provides nonprofit, non-bias, and no-nonsense 40 hour coursework, all in person.
Yes, we also do complimentary requals for Veterans as well, thanks to our outside funding and partners.

Contingent on available site placement we will place you into our in-house 106 hour coursework and VA-partnered apprenticeship. Upon completion of your 90 day training we will staff you 1:1 with a Veteran Partner and assist you in your personal and family goals.
