How we operate
WarEagle Security Services runs veteran-led nonprofit staffing, education, and dispatch programs built on transparency and empowerment. We protect communities while honoring those who served and working with partners to share a common mission.
To establish our loyalty to our Veterans and to our Business Partners we operate using the following Service Agreements.
These agreements provide the Revenue we need to fund their goals, providing a path into Civilian careers while they safeguard our community and your business.

Short or single event needs utilizing currently staffed Veterans who receive Overtime Pay for working outside their standard 1:1 Staffing.
Known security needs with an unknown timeframe. Pledge an amount to our Veterans, get peace of mind and assistance when the time comes up to 6 months in advance.
Work directly with Veterans specifically hired and trained to your needs. While they are exclusively staffed to you, we take care of them.
We apply for and aid in Grant Applications, working with strategic partners that allow our services to be covered so you can focus on your programs and initiatives.
DONATIONS for service
As a nonprofit Veteran Organization we graciously accept donations that fund our mission. These donations allow us to train Veterans entering the Security Industry, provide them with the best equipment, gear, uniforms, software, and industry-leading insurance for them to use in the field; and facilitate their future goals in the industry.
We also accept Donations for service. While donations can be given at any time through the website, Donations for Service set a flat minimum amount that provides businesses with short-term security from our existing Veteran Employees working overtime outside of their normal staffing.
If you have an emergency, had another firm back out or call off, have a one-time or short term need for services, or do not want to commit to a longer term, we select Veterans with availability that meets your hourly requirements, send you their bio's and work history, and assign a Veteran Dispatcher and Board Member to ensure complete satisfaction. This Donation covers an hourly rate with all Revenue going to the Veterans who are taking time away from their family to support you and your organization.
PLEDGE
Veterans Pledge their support to this country through a lifetime of service, not knowing when or where they will be needed but trained to be ready for any mission called on them.
A Pledge secures our services regardless of your timeline.
If you anticipate needing security for multiple events or a short term project, Pledging a flat amount today sets up a team of Veterans, Dispatcher, Supervisor, and Board Member liason, notifies our Insurance of future liability coverage, and starts the process of adding you to Additional Insured. We create a Vendor Portal where you can schedule with us, see the bios of our Veterans, and view reports.
This flat rate is more cost effective than multiple Donations for Service if your needs are greater than a few days or if you have several events spread out across a season.
For example: Wedding Venues in San Antonio often require security. These events are less likely to occur when it is 100 degrees outside but come Autumn most are booked every weekend until Christmas. Churches often ramp up events near the holidays or require additional support for Easter but not enough to require consistent staffing every weekend or even every month.
If you know security is a priority throughout the year, Pledge today and we will be ready to honor that Pledge tomorrow, next week, or next month; with all Revenue going to the men and women we staff for you.
PARTNERSHIP
Partnerships create bonds that increase productivity, reduce stress, improve relationships, and secure work environments.
If any security need can support a part or full time staffing of Veterans we highly recommend becoming one of our NonProfit Partners. This assigns a team of Veterans exclusively to your business, hires a Dispatcher to your site, connects you with an Executive Board Member, Supervisors 24/7, and the full suite of our services including remote monitoring of alarms and cameras, patrols, event coordination, security audits, risk assessments, reduced insurance premiums, consultants, seminars, training, and much more.
Our Partners are also given placement at our community events, recognized in annual programs, and assigned a Point of Contact position in our nonprofit with complimentary membership. We advertise your Organization, work together with events and Veteran outreach, and provide complete transparency showing every dollar of Revenue is going to fund Veteran programs and assist them in reaching their career goals.
Service Agreements start at 6 month terms where our Veterans staff your business. While they work for youwe use the revenue from your agreement and other partnerships, donations, and grants, to fund their needs. Excess Revenue is then distributed through our Vendor Portal and Veteran Co-Op.

- Perfect for undetermined project goals, multiple events, seasonal assistance, or future dates.
- Pledges are a fixed, up front donation, bundling hours and services into a Vendor Account.
- Once a Vendor Account is created, our nonprofit builds an availability team, assigns a 24 hour Dispatcher, and direct Board Member contact for future scheduling.
- Once the bank of service hours has been used, any Organization can re-pledge for an additional amount of hours at a discount, or sign up for a Partnership for even greater value, unlocking additional services and support.

Partnership
- Yearly Calendar of known events, longer term (6 months or greater) need, Hybrid Security Requests, or Dedication to work with our Veteran Nonprofit.
- We will find, train, license, and staff Veterans exclusive to you and your needs. These Veterans will work for you through an agreement we make with them.
- While they secure your property and protect your team, we will use all Revenue from Donations, Pledges, Partnerships, and Grants to see that their family and their career goals are taken care of.
- Partnerships allow us to fund all programs and keep the lights on, at the most cost-effective rates in the industry, with over 80% of all revenue going to our employees and insurance.
- Available services are seminars, school and church security training, patrols, remote monitoring, dispatch, armed and unarmed security, event coordination, and access to our Vendors list for additional support through Veteran Partners in the security industry and IT.
